To redefine its position as a premium digital bank, Xapo Bank shifted its acquisition strategy in 2025, moving away from 30-day trials toward a $1,000 annual commitment.
Challenge
The challenge was to bridge this gap through a high-performance activation strategy and a premium visual identity.

The 30-Day Design System Migration
To meet the aggressive public rebrand announcement, I overhauled the Design System architecture in record time. This required a lean, high-communication strategy to align design output with engineering capacity.
Strategic Prioritization: Combined a Usage-Visibility Matrix with a phased roll-out to launch high-impact components first, hitting our 1-month target with zero deployment risk
Rapid-Response Alignment: Established a high-velocity feedback loop with Engineering and Activation to define "must-have" functionality, ensuring we could move fast in the DS team
Record-Time Delivery: Successfully compressed a 2-month roadmap into 30 days, launching the system in time for the global brand announcement
