Background
An ILP is a powerful democratic tool, but the barrier to entry is high due to extreme legal complexity and "red tape." Most citizens abandon the process before the first draft is even finished.
The Challenge
I acted as the Product Architect, tasked with creating a "specialized safe space" where users could navigate the legal landscape without needing a law degree.
